Return Window
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Fee
A $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all original components, inserts, and accessories, when applicable
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, opened in a way that impacts product safety, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Breastfeeding Sample Packs
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our return portal HERE or contact us at hello@wearelelolo.com with your order number and the email address used to place your order.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label. The $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and approved.
Please note that used items, or items sent back without first starting a return request, cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $6.00 return fee, within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@wearelelolo.com.
Exchanges
To receive the correct size or item as quickly as possible, please place a new order for the item you would like.
Once your new order is placed, email us at hello@wearelelolo.com with your original order number and new order number. After your exchange request is approved, we will provide a complimentary return label for the original item.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@wearelelolo.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Le Lolo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. However, we are always happy to help you file a carrier claim and will do our best to support you through the process. Please email us at hello@wearelelolo.com
