When should I start using postpartum products?
Most of our essentials can be used immediately after birth. Each product is thoughtfully designed for gentle use during the postpartum recovery phase and beyond. Always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure about timing.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are created with comfort and gentleness in mind. We avoid harsh materials and design with sensitive postpartum skin in focus. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend checking product details before purchase.
Can I use Le Lolo products during pregnancy too?
Absolutely! While designed for postpartum, many items — like our soft accessories and self-care essentials — can be enjoyed during pregnancy and well into motherhood.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Le Lolo does not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Please check our full return policy before purchasing.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Our Ultimate Set in Blush and Mauve comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. All other items are individually packaged with care, but at this time we do not offer additional gift wrap options.

Care instructions vary by product and are included with each order. In general, we recommend gentle washing and air drying to maintain product quality and softness.
