Last week I mentioned one of my goals for 2025 was to be a guest on at least 2 podcasts per month, and I kicked it off early!

 I had the absolute best time chatting with Sarah Parise from Great Days by Sarah on her podcast Moms in Timeout. We talked all about how Le Lolo came to life, why this company and its mission mean so much to me, and what it’s really like to take a leap of faith and follow your dreams—even when it feels scary.

And let me tell you, talk about an amazing lady! Sarah is the coolest, most down to earth mama there is! As a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Accountability Coach, she’s helped hundreds of moms around the world navigate their postpartum journeys. Her signature 12-week program focuses on physical, mental, and emotional self-care, helping moms build fitness routines, simplify meal prep, lighten their mental load, and make themselves a priority—even if it’s just for 2% of their day.
